Your mold specification and quality standard was met by our skilled workman, Leading edge machining/measuring
equipments and management system, The mold type spans from prototype for test purpose, SPI class 104 low
production to SPI Class 101 high production multi-cavity mold with a small to medium size, up to 10 Ton

At J D, all the mold were built strictly to customer's standard and molding press specification as that was stated in the
quotation, DME style& specification will be used for customer from US. and HASCO for customer from EU market

Tool specifications:

Our general tolerance for tooling is +/-0.005mm in critical area and 0.03mm for injection molded plastic part

CAD/CAM systems

Me offers a unique combination of decades of mold design experience with the latest CAD/CAM technologies, All the
design from initial concept to final detailed on was completed in 3D design software including as many features as
possible, Detailed 2D print with BOM, tolerance and other technical specification was created for machining and backup
purpose too, Most of 2D/3d data types such as , step, iges, PRT,DWG, CAPpart, MPI, MFR, can be processed.

Tool life warranty and policy of failure

Replacement or repairing of failure part, at the sole discretion of J D, be provided by the customer and invoiced to
J D, at J D facility and shipped to customer, or by a third moldmaking shop hired by J D.

The customer is solely responsible for mold design and technical specifications if the design is reviewed and approved
by customer, No warranty is provided concerning the failure of the purchased components and damage resulted from
improper operation and treatment.

We will bear the cost of any failure resulted from the quality, workmanship and materials used in the tool construction
before the following minimum cycle of specified tool class( life of purchased component per the original supplier's specification):
